Went to Shakeela's to bake! With Sherman, Perri and of course Shakeela (: It was a first time for us (cause my instant brownie mix doesn't count hehe) and indeed truly interesting! Was late.... Hehe. Sorry Perri! ): Met Perri at bedok at 9plus am. Was finding her. Then I THOUGHT I saw her, so I made eye contact (note: I not wearing specs uh) As I got closer, I was like OMG SHIT WRONG PERSON. HAHAHAHA. So looked arnd.... But Perri not there. Then I called her, like she was like, ".... OH I SEE YOU!" And guess where was she sitting! SHE WAS BESIDE THE GIRL I MADE EYE CONTACT WITH. OMG LOL.
So we took train! Love train rides with Perri cause it's so fun to talk to Perri! At Bugis, "OMG DID WE MISS PAYA LEBAR?!" HAHAHAHAHA. We were soooo engrossed talking that we missed the stop. I AM AMAZED BY THE CIRCLE LINE. IT'S FAST, AND IT'S ORANGE. HOW AMAZING. Reached later than Sherman... Who came out later than us. Heh. Went to buy the ingredients at Fairprice! Then bought bk for our brunch. And off to Shakeela's!!!!!
Of course we didn't start right away. HAHAHAHA. Watched abit of tv as we enjoyed our brunch and Shakeela's comfy couch! THEN OFF TO BAKING. SOOOOO EXCITING. Measured the ingredients, melted the butter and we were ready to start the mixing! SO WE HAD TO PUT THE INGREDIENTS IN, ONE BY ONE, IN ORDER RIGHT.... But NOOOOO SHERMAN WENT TO PUT IN SOMETHING EVEN WHEN IT'S NOT SUPPPOSED TO BE THAT, YET. -Short pause- GASP, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. And I accidentally screamed at Sherman! SORRY YEAH ): But everything was alright actually, false alarm only. Hehe. So then we were ready to place it in the oven and wait for an awesome brownie to be baked!
Meanwhile, while waiting we were busy brainstorming, HAHAHAHA. Had to do the one page long report that was realllly draining. We were tired. I was. From the flu that seems to be haunting me for daysssss. But we managed to finish it!!!!! I AM SO PROUD OF US!!!! Though we were getting irritated with sherman, esp me and perri, WE MADE IT. After afew references to some reliable websites and watching afew videos, we cleared the report!!!!! -APPLAUSE-

my failed attempt to make the whole thing more presentable. Had the hotel kind of concept, but as you can see.... FAIL LAH. HAHAHAHAHA. Loved the melted choc on the brownie, compliments the not so sweet brownie! So we enjoyed our brownies as we tried to complete the whole report- functions of fats in this, desired qualities, blahblahblah. HEHE. AND WE DID (:

We spent the remaining time watching annoying orange! GRANDPA LEMON!!!!! But my fav is still.... Wasaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabi! HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA. Thinking about this makes me want to laugh. Oh then we watched Russell Peters. OMG. The 3 girls were laughing allllll the way cause Sherman watched before! He was the one who showed us the vid. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA. No, we aren't racists kay!
So it was a fruitful and funnnn day with them! Thanks guys (:
Trained back with Sherman and Perri. LOL AT SHERMAN ROLLING EYES. Had to rush back to TP from Marsiling, yezzzzz it was at Marsiling, Woodlands there! Shakeela, I feel your pain now. It's reaaally far. So I reached TP just in time for band at 6.30.
It was the best prac I had so far! :D I AM VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think I gotta admit I was really missing the kind of band life I used to have. Now, it's not the same, but I adapting, slowly. I like how we were talking in between our sectionals. Like alot this time. Cause usually I just stay quiet and get rather sad cause I miss how sectionals was with my juniors. Yezzzz, I'm quiet in band, quite unlikely of me right? I guess I'm still not used to it. Really. Just feels a little odd at times. And the fact I'm the only year 1 doesn't help either ):
But on friday, we were talking to each other! Me, Kenneth and Luck Koon (: And Kenneth was annoying meeeeeeeee. Spent the whole sectionals working on the slurring, seems like appergios(?) but I think it isn't. It's pretty tiring. Hitting the low low eb and high high ab. Ouch. But fun (:

I looked at Kenneth cause he put down his tuba.
Me: -stares- Why you put down?!
Kenneth: Leg paaaaaain.
Me: Excuseeeees.
Kenneth: -stares at my bass stand- You got bass stand!
Me: It's not that I want to use! Luck Koon ask me use!
Kenneth: Really meh? Why?
Me: Yeah, ask him lah. I short what.
Kenneth: Reaaaallly??? Yeah.
Me: You tooo (cause he's not tall either!) Luck Koon! Why you ask me to use? I short is it?
Luck Koon: No... It's not cause you're short.... It's because you are a girl. Cause guys can tahan what.
And all the while I was really sure I had to use it cause I am short. Tskkkkkk. But awwwww right (: So sweeeet.

Me: YOU DON'T TRUST ME IS IT!
Luck Koon: It's because you're a girl, he doesn't want to listen to you.

Me: You sexist is it!!!!

Me: I'm a girl what! You won't listen to me right?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. So it was revolving around the idea- Because you are a girl!
Kay maybe not really funny in words, it was something like this, but it was funnny! Talking and laughing. Weird starings at each other. And the WHAAAAAAAT LOOK AND SAYING IT OUT. Call me a simple person, but I guess finally feeling more comfortable with my section makes alot of difference. Communication, is afterall vital in a section. I feel much at ease right now. Hope it gets better along the way (:
